Our Warranty

At PropWorks, we are dedicated to providing high-quality escape room props that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and reliability. We are confident in the durability and functionality of our products and offer this warranty to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage

PropWorks warrants that all escape room props purchased from us are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective components, at our discretion, without any cost to the customer.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover consumable parts such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at contact@propworks.us with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. We may require you to send the defective product to us for inspection. If the product is found to be defective and covered under this warranty, we will repair or replace it and cover the return shipping costs.

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser. PropWorks shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
