Production and Handling Time
Small Orders: All small orders require a minimum of 7 days for production and handling. This timeframe allows us to maintain our high standards of craftsmanship and quality assurance.
Large Orders: Large orders may require additional production and handling time. The specific timeframe will be communicated upon order confirmation.
Some small orders may ship directly from the manufacturer
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times and costs will vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Changes to orders must be made within 8 hours of placing the order. Please contact us immediately at contact@propworks.us to request changes. Cancellations are not accepted.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
