We keep our payment process simple and transparent.

Props:
All prop orders require full payment at the time of purchase. This allows us to immediately schedule your build and allocate materials and production time to your project.

Full Turn-Key Rooms & Mobile Escape Trailers:
A 50% deposit is required to begin the project. This secures your build slot, covers initial materials, and allows our team to move into active production. The remaining 50% balance is due prior to delivery or installation.

If you ever have questions about payment timing or project scheduling, our team is always happy to provide clarification.

PropWorks stands behind the quality and durability of our builds. All standard props and escape room components include a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects and electronic failures under normal use.

Our products are designed for the high-traffic nature of escape rooms, but like any interactive equipment, proper installation, routine maintenance, and responsible operation are essential. The warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, intentional damage, or normal wear and tear.

If an issue arises within the warranty period, our team will troubleshoot with you directly and provide repair or replacement solutions as needed. We pride ourselves on responsive support and long-term relationships with our clients — not just delivering a product, but standing behind it.

Project timelines vary depending on scope and complexity, as all of our props and experiences are built to order.

• Standard prop orders typically take 3–6 weeks to complete.

• Large-scale or fully custom prop builds may require additional time depending on design, materials, and complexity.

• Full turn-key escape room productions generally take around 2 months from project start.

Because every build is made specifically for your venue, timelines can shift based on customization level, production queue, and installation scheduling. We always aim to provide clear expectations upfront and deliver on schedule without compromising quality.

Yes. We offer self-install options for clients who prefer to handle installation internally.
